ICM Triennial Congress — Bali 2023

At the 33rd International Confederation of Midwives (ICM) Triennial Congress in Bali, Indonesia, Dr. Udho presented findings from a scoping review protocol examining experiences, magnitude, and drivers of disrespect and abuse of adolescents during facility-based childbirth in sub-Saharan Africa.

He also chaired a session on "Decolonising/Indigenous Perspectives", moderating presentations from researchers in Japan, Tanzania, and the Netherlands.

This engagement reinforced his commitment to advancing respectful maternity care and adolescent health on the global midwifery stage.
