Launching the CAFFP-PAC Adolescent SRHR Project

Dr. Udho serves as Co-Investigator and Work Package Lead on the CAFFP-PAC project (Grant No. 110713), funded by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Canada, with a total value of CAD 1.2 million.

The project — Enhancing Adolescents' Sexual and Reproductive Health in Northern Uganda — uses a citizen science, gender-transformative approach to integrate comprehensive adolescent-friendly family planning and post-abortion care services.

Key milestones include successful project inception and launch, recruitment of post-doctoral fellows for training at the University of Calgary, and training of research assistants in quantitative and qualitative data collection methods.
